Morning
Discover and plan
Every successful product starts with solving the right problem. We’ll start by defining your idea and the problem it solves, then use your knowledge of your market to strip the venture down to its single core revenue driver.
We’ll stress-test the concept, ruthlessly assess the scope, and identify exactly what’s going to give you the most commercial value — then agree what moves to the nice-to-haves. We’ll challenge assumptions and simplify where necessary, focusing on building something people can actually use.
Once we’ve found the secret sauce, we’ll map out the data flows, user experience and the tech stack that gets you working fastest — all bespoke to your business. By lunchtime you’ll have a clear product plan and an agreed MVP spec ready for development.
Afternoon
Build your product
The afternoon is for building. We’ll work side-by-side with you to design, develop and integrate a functioning MVP that addresses your agreed scope — including AI workflows, custom logic, data capture, user interfaces and deployment.
Projects could include an AI-powered SaaS, a customer portal, a web app, a live dashboard or more. The goal isn’t a finished enterprise platform — it’s a working solution you can build on.

Do I need technical knowledge to take part?
No. You’ll be working side-by-side with experienced builders who handle the technical side. You bring the idea and your knowledge of your market and customers.

AI Build Day is free, and includes refreshments and lunch on the day plus the pre-event and follow-up calls.
